How to become certified? - ANSWER-Pay a fee to IDALS, take the closed book certification exam How to become recertified? - ANSWER-retest every 3 years or attend approved continuing education courses every year The United States Congress enacted legislation in 1947 that regulates the production, transportation, sale, use, and disposal of all pesticides.
