Every glass have the same amount of alcohol percentage:
Low percentage alcoholic drink: beer/wine <15% at 20 degrees
High percentage alcoholic drink: >15% at 20 degrees.
Alcohol:
> remains the leading drug problem among the nations
> Alcohol is the number one killer of teenagers
> Alcohol impairs performance and retards development
> Alcohol is often the gateway to other drug use.

Soft drugs till 5 gram is tolerated, not legal (> 18 years.) Why? Control over the market
Fetal alcohol syndrome: FAS.
Children who’s mother alcohol addicted, also during pregnancy, can get the Fetal Alcohol Syndrome.
- Children are mentally handicapped
- Children are mentally disabled
- Children can get addicted.

1. Minors < 16 years are liable for possession of alcohol (DHW, 1 January 2013)
2. Increase of minimum age for purchase of alcohol 16 > 18 years (DHW, 1 January 2014)
