SOAP Note- Ms. Sunshine Subjective Chief Complaint: Patient experienced chest pain earlier before a flight, now experiencing shortness of breath and fatigue. History of Present Illness (HPI): Patient presenting to the Emergency Room is a 54-year-old African American female. Patient experienced chest discomfort that resolved after a short period of time prior to her flight to Boston. After exiting the flight she started feeling shortness of breath and some anxiety as well as fatigue. Denies current chest pain.
