'Physical Therapy Practioner" - a PT or PTA who is liscensed and who practices PT "Physical Therapy" OR "Physiotherapy" each term is deemed identical and interchangeable with each other, means health care or health care profession "Direct Supervision" supervision by a PT, EXCEPT in case of emergency, DIRECT SUPERVISION requires the PHYSICAL presence of the liscnesed PT for consultation & direction of the actions of a PT or PTA who is practicing under a TEMPORARY permit & is a candidate for liscensure. "Physical Therapy Assesment" -observational, verbal OR manual determinations of the function of the musculoskelectal or neuromuscular system relative to PT. including but not limited to -ROM -MOTOR POWER -POSTURAL ATTRIBUTES -BIOMECHANICAL FUNCTION -LOCOMOTION -FUNCTIONAL ABILITIES for the purpose of making RECCOMENDATIONS for treatment. "Practice of Physical Therapy" -Performance of PT assesments and treatment of any disability, injury, disease, or other condition of health & rehab as related by the use of physical, chemical and other properties of air/electricity/ massage/
