Het vertalen van een eigen SMART geformuleerd doel in een implementatie-intentie.

Een implementatie-intentie is helder over in welke situatie je wat precies gaat doen en wanneer

om het doel te bereiken.



Ik wil een grens stellen op het aantal espresso’s per dag. Te veel cafeïne maakt me angstig en

lichamelijk onrustig, dit is een vervelend gevoel. Soms tijdens werken/studeren vergeet ik mijn

grens en drink ik toch net iets te veel.



Leerdoel:

Ik wil graag de gewoonte hebben voor het drinken van maximaal 1 espresso per dag, en bij

trek, decaf-espresso beschikbaar hebben.



SMART geformuleerd doel:

Elke dag voor 14 dagen, drink ik maximaal 1 espresso per dag, de rest van de tijd kies ik voor

decaf-espresso.
