What is depression?
Depression is a feeling of not being happy and the individual suffering from depression may
annoyed and lonely and they won't be motivated to do anything as they feel very down.
Depression doesn't affect anyone the same and may affect certain individuals differently and
they may experience different symptoms than what other individuals experience. Different
individuals may feel seriously upset and unhappy and suffer from depression for few days,
weeks or even for months as depression is not just a type of symptom but it’s a proper illness
that needs curing and has real symptoms, sometimes individuals might think depression is a
sign of weakness but really it's not as it is a proper illness that may cause individuals to lose
interest in doing things that they used to enjoy doing and will just feel very down and this will
cause them to isolate themselves and lead them to having very negative feelings about lives.
