videos showcasing some of the new features in Excel 2019. One
of the new features is the accessibility checker, which helps
people who may have visual impairments or disabilities. Excel can
look for errors in the spreadsheet and provide ways to fix them.
For instance, if the font size is too small, someone can rename
the sheet to make it easier to read. Excel also has a new feature
called CONCAT, which merges two cells together. However, it's
important to keep in mind that this can affect sorting and filtering.
The concat function has an additional feature. Let's say you want
to merge all of these for example into one cell. All you need to do
is: Type =concat in the cell Click and select the cells you want to
merge Press Enter Now, let's talk about how to set up a workbook
from scratch and work with different sheets. The top line of the
interface is called the Quick Access Toolbar, which contains the
most commonly used options, including the "Undo" button on the
far left. At the bottom of the screen, you'll see "Sheet1," which is
the default worksheet. You can add more worksheets by clicking
the "+" sign next to the sheet. The entire file is called a
workbook. Each sheet has 16,384 columns available, so you don't
have to worry about running out of space.
The intersection of a column and a row creates a cell. Each cell
has a name which can be found in the name box and when
clicked, will be highlighted with a green line denoting it as the
active cell. There are four mouse cursors to use while working in
Excel. The fill handle can copy cell contents or complete pre-built
lists such as days of the week and months of the year. This black
crosshair is called the fill handle, and it will come in handy while
working in Excel. A white arrow with a small cross behind it
appears when hovering around the edges of your active cell. This
allows you to pick up whatever is in that cell.The backstage view
is an area where you can go to find different options.

workbook. It's pretty simple! First, decide if you want column
headings at the top of your sheet. Column headings indicate what
type of data is below that particular column. You can also have
