How well a sample represents a population depends on the following things:
1. Sample Size
2. Sampling Frame
3. Specific Designs of Selection Process
Goal (for this course): To study sampling when the goal is to produce numbers
that can be studied using various statistical techniques available to social scientists.
The way to evaluate a sample is by examining the PROCESS by which it was
sampled.
