Inleiding
schouder: heup:
- proximaal gewricht bovenste - proximaal gewricht onderste lidmaat
lidmaat - kogelgewricht
- kogelgewricht - kop wordt voor ⅔ omvat
- kop wordt voor ⅓ omvat
→ stabiliteit +++
→ mobiliteit +++ - hoge stabiliteit = zal niet snel luxeren, weinig dislocatie
→ stabiliteit + → mobiliteit +
- lage mobiliteit = compensatie door bewegingen LWZ

heup = gewichtsdragend gewricht waardoor er meer slijtage kan
plaatsvinden ( we merken meer artrose op)


Osteologie:
heupgewricht: verbinding tussen femur en os coxae
femur:
- caput femoris = gewrichtsoppervlak van femur
- collum femoris = het stuk van het caput dat het verlengde is naar de rest van de
femurschacht
- trochanter minor
- trochanter major
- linea intertrochanterica
- crista intertrochanterica
- (corpus femoris)
- (condylus lateralis)
- (condylus medialis)
os coxae = heupbeen wordt gevormd door de onderlinge vergroeiing die eivormig is van het:
- os ilium = zitbeen
- os ischii = darmbeen
- os pubis = schaambeen
→ verbening hiervan start rond puberteit en duurt door tot op volwassen (skeletale) leeftijd

facies lunata = vormt contactoppervlak op de acetabulum


Articulatio coxae:
- gewrichtsvlakken:
- facies lunata
→ wordt uitgebreid door het labrum acetabulare (labrum =
ring opgebouwd uit vezelig kraakbeen)
⇒ samen gaan ze voor ⅔ het caput femoris omvatten
- caput femoris
→ lig. transversum acetabuli gaat onderaan de gewrichtspan voltooien
