Business title: Gorgias




Introduction
This Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) collects all of the information about my selected
business's capacity to endure a disaster, as well as the procedures that must be followed to
accomplish disaster recovery, into a single repository. My selected company (Gorgias) is in
charge of email, customer communication channels, and other tasks. For collaborative work,
an all-in-one platform is available. Video conferencing may also be used to do business.

people are expected to attend. personnel who will all have desktop PCs and will be linked to
the LAN firm over the same Wi-Fi. enable users to trade info and get internet access.
For the organisation I've picked, I'll create an IT support and management plan that covers
the following topics:
 incident response
 disaster recovery
 capacity planning
 sustainability and environmental waste planning.
My detailed layout will also include a floor plan that shows where the reception, office
furniture, IT equipment, and cabling are located. The concept includes at least 11
workstations, and employees work in shifts.

Incident Response and Disaster Recovery Plan
A disaster may be caused by man or nature, and it will prevent Gorgias’s IT department from
performing all or any of its usual functions and obligations for a period of time. Disasters are
defined as such by my company (Gorgias):
 One or more key systems aren't working properly
 Although the facility will be unavailable for a prolonged length of time, all systems
inside it remain operational
 The building is up and running, but all of the systems are broken
 The building and all of its systems are broken



Purpose
Gorgias’s first goal in the case of a calamity is to avoid deaths. We shall guarantee that all
workers and anybody else on the organization's premises are safe and secure before taking
any secondary steps.
After all persons have been declared safe, the next priority will be to follow the measures
outlined in this DRP to promptly restore services to normal. This includes the following:
 Keeping the company's resources, including as hardware, data, and physical IT
assets, safe
 Keeping IT downtime to a minimum
 Maintaining company operations in the case of a disaster

Scope
The Front organization's Disaster Recovery Plan considers all of the following factors:
 Network Infrastructure
 Servers Infrastructure
 Telephony System
 Data Storage and Backup Systems
 Data Output Devices
