 SOCIAL/CULTURAL:
Cultural Enrichment:
Cultural enrichment is a term meaning the experience of another culture. This
could be visiting a museum with art displays from around the world, this would
be enriching to the individual and causing them to judge their own cultural
normality.
Diversity is beneficial in cultural enrichment as it gives the independence to
live freely. Diversity in cultural enrichment allows us to become more
knowledgeable in different cultures and their beliefs.

, Diet:
The multicultural society has brought foods from all around the world. This means
that there are individuals whose dietary requirement are particular. In health and
social care an individuals dietary requirements need to be suited to their health
and religious needs. For example, a diabetic may need to exclude particular
foods from their diet to be beneficial to their health.
Education:
Educational establishments have experienced developments in their curriculum
over time to incorporate diverse cultures. This includes languages, religions, and
arts being studied to make curriculums more diverse and accepting. The
education sector has also benefited from diversity by employing those from
different cultures, creating positive changes in diversity.
