Give the business background
Purpose of the report (look at the Task 1 instructions!)

2. Goals

(You need to list the strategic aims/goals here - what are they trying to work on?)


3. Current issues

Focus your points on which ones affect the goal - list as many as you can identify - give pros and cons and bring in your
theory - Analysis of data (what calculations can you do? GPM %, NPM %, what is the impact? What does it
indicate/show/mean to you?

Add any number of points necessary.

Focus your points on which challenges affect this goal. Analyse the data: Labour turnover %, Absenteeism % - are there
any trends? What does it indicate/show/mean to you?
