ERP = Enterprise Resource Planning

Resource: People + materials

Planning: Plan the sequence better

Basisprincipe van economie: We hebben allemaal onbeperkte behoefte, Maar beperkte middelen

Elk bedrijf heeft beperkte middelen → inzetten om winst te maximaliseren (ook voor vzw)

• Grondstoffen
• kapitaal/ cash
• personeel
• gebouwen
• knowhow/ kennis
• tijd

Afdelingen:

• Sales& distribution = sales department (verkoop)
• Materials management = purchase department (aankoop)
• Production planning = production department (productie)

Waar het allemaal begint…

Verkoopsdepartement

1. Verkoper praat met de klant: Wat wil de klant?
Zowel het bedrijf als de klant zijn niet verbonden, ze kunnen allebei nog wegstappen
2. Verkooporder = sales order → transactie
Er is een verbondenheid waardoor er niet zomaar kan teruggekeerd worden
3. Je controleert de voorraad
4. Je gaat na welke departementen je ook betrekt
2 opties: de fiets is beschikbaar in het magazijn OF ze is niet beschikbaar in het magazijn
5. Optie 1 gevolgd door picking &packing
6. Post goods issue → verzenden naar België

7. Verkoop wordt geregistreerd, boekhouddepartement doet ook zijn werk
8. Factuur maken en betaling ontvangen → finance afdeling doet dat
9. Optie 2 gevolgd door productie OF aankoop + productie → customer order lead time zal eronder
