, To what extent is a business successful and profitable?

Introduction:
In this project my main aim was to find the definition of success within business and
what it means to make a profit. I started by finding insightful answers to my questions
that will greatly benefit me in phase three to help businesses and answer my main
question: To what extent is a business successful and profitable? I have decided to
help organize businesses to figure out if running the business is worthwhile and
profitable or if their business should be closed down or downsized. There are many
factors to consider when determining whether a business is successful or not, some
of them being the profitability, keeping up with modern technology and to be dynamic
and change alongside society's needs. To accomplish this I have acquired various
information from the business to conclude whether they are making a profit or a loss.
I then used the information that was gathered to make a website that helps
businesses understand what factors contribute to the success of a business. I further
used the information to show businesses how to work out profit, how to accurately
take stock take and how to make sure they keep up with modern technology.
