of the meeting so that each person is given a chance to speak. The meeting should end by Karl
explaining the outcomes and then allowing each employee to talk about any other issues but in a
controlled manner, so that everyone has a chance to say what they need to. Finally, those who cannot
attend the meeting should be given the option to attend through Zoom or emailed the outcomes.”
