, Inleiding
In toets 2.2.4 Methodisch werken in de praktijk wordt aan de hand van de fasen van de
methodische cyclus gewerkt aan de totstandkoming van een begeleidingsplan voor een
cliënt waarbij sprake is van complexe problematiek. De beroepsmethodieken van een sociaal
werker worden hier ook in meegenomen. Aan de hand van het begeleidingsplan wordt er
een interventie uitgevoerd. Hier wordt vervolgens op gereflecteerd.
