BUS 210 Module 2 Assignment - Required Course Work

Dear Sir, I have been asked to SNHU Pet Supply Company by you before to evaluate the reasons behind dropping productivity and outline recommendations for improvements. Based on provided information you sent earlier, I started my work by acquainting the teams and the current process of production, and called for meetings, one with managers and one with employees to define every side’s point of view, opinions, and suggested solutions. Starting with managers, I found they are working according to the book and following the rules and the process that the company set for them, and it’s hard to avoid it. Subsequently, I started my meeting with the employees to discuss the obstacles, flaws, and their needs to overcome these hurdles and improve production. After these meetings, I can list the following problems:  Concerning the company, it did not update its system for years and did not keep up with the required technology in follow-up and enhance production.  Concerning the managers: o They follow the rules and the system of the company literally and do not show up any sign of creativity in dealing with obligated paperwork in cross-referencing the employees` production. o They lack or did not show the required traits in dealing with or addressing issues with their followers.
