Euthanasia
Euthanasia is a very sensitive topic. In some countries it is legal, but in
others it is illegal. For example, in America is euthanasia legal in only
three states (Wikipedia, 2021). May people get euthanasia, if so, when can
they receive it? In this essay am I going to explain three important
arguments. I will tell you how these statements work out in the
Netherlands, Denmark, and the USA.
Firstly, I think that everybody should be able to receive euthanasia. All
over the world people are suffering from incurable diseases and mental
illnesses. Euthanasia, which means ending someone’s life, is prohibited in
Denmark (Personal communication 2021). In the Netherlands Euthanasia
is legal. You can receive euthanasia if your suffering has a medical basis.
