Voorwoord

Voor u ligt mijn scriptie ten behoeve van de opleiding HBO Bachelor Technische Bedrijfskunde
van de Hogeschool NCOI. Graag stel ik mijzelf aan u voor. Ik ben ------ en ik ben werkzaam als
shiftsupervisor in de -----. Deze scriptie dient ter afsluiting van de opleiding HBO Bachelor
Technische bedrijfskunde.

In september 2016 ben ik begonnen aan de opleiding Technische Bedrijfskunde om mijzelf naast
het technische aspect van mijn vak ook in de bedrijfskundige kant van de organisatie te
verdiepen. Ik mijn dagelijkse werk heb ik veel te maken met technische problemen. Hoe deze
problemen vanuit bedrijfskundig oogpunt verder worden opgepakt heeft mij altijd geïnteresseerd.
Tijdens deze opleiding heb ik hierin meer inzicht gekregen. Inmiddels is mijn rol niet meer beperkt
tot het verzinnen van de oplossing, maar regel ik ook de boekhoudkundige afhandeling.

Ik wil graag mijn studiebegeleider ----- bedanken voor de hulp gedurende mijn opleiding. Ook
gedurende het schijven van deze scriptie is zijn hulp weer van grote waarde geweest. Ook wil ik
diverse collega’s bedanken die bij het backfeed project betrokken zijn geweest.
