INTRODUCTION
This assignment focuses on the analysis and evaluation of the team that was
created to accomplish the tasks set in P4 and P5. This report will review how
effective the team in terms of working towards achieving the end goal.
About the Team
This team was a small formal team consisting of two members. It was a temporary
team created for a purpose which was to accomplish the set goal which were the
previous tasks.
REVIEW, ANALYSIS AND EVALUATION
The Characteristics and Roles within the Team
My role within the team was being the team leader in which we decided with
equal choice and who we thought would lead us to success and after discussing
amongst each other, the role of leader was me. I adopted the Democratic leadership
style. This leadership style helped with the team’s success because it enabled me to
listen to the thoughts, opinions and ideas of my fellow team member in which we
could both partake in the decision making process and make conclusions that would
not only benefit us both but ensure that in the end we achieve our overall goal.
Our team was very successful in the end because it consisted the characteristics
in which most teams should have. We communicated well with each other which I
think was due to the familiarity. It enabled us to not only share our thoughts, opinions
and ideas with each other but listen to each other which ensured that we worked
effectively. We both focused on the aims, objectives and goals which was set for us.
We created a clear plan that would work for both of us and we were very organized.
Considering that the presentation has 3 sections and it was only two of us, we had to
