Your vocabulary and general knowledge will expand and your literacy will increase as more
books are read and understood by you, thus reading is a win-win situation. The same
argument might be made for the language itself. Language is an indispensable part of our
daily lives because it serves two goals. Those who speak a language are able to decipher its
complex system of coded verbal communication. A few languages that come to mind are
English, Xitsonga, Tshivenda, and Swahili, to name just a few. Particularly in the context of
education, it is also possible to classify language as a communicative phenomenon.
Classroom activities, learning processes, academic content, evaluations of student
knowledge and competency, and other aspects of classroom life are all communicated in
both vocal as well as written form by instructors and students alike. Language acquisition is
also a common course of study for college students. They learn how to converse and write
academically in both oral and written forms.
Increasing one's literacy and broadening one's understanding begins with regular reading.
Reading and boosting pupils' literacy skills can improve students' capacity to focus and
concentrate. In addition to this, the reader is compelled to go deep into their own thinking in
order to understand the subject matter, even if the reader is unfamiliar with it. Once the book
is set down, the reader will be better able to focus on a single subject rather than many
different ones. When someone reads, they have a greater potential to retain new
information. Information this strong should be available to everyone on the earth who is
literate. Increased understanding of the world and what is going on in the immediate
surroundings can be gained through remembering more information.

numeracy level can be improved if more people are able to read. You need to start paying
