Uitleg oefeningen/activiteiten:

1. Warming-up
Inspelen, zelfstandig overspelen. De shuttle jongleren en zo lang mogelijk in de lucht
houden!
2. Warming-up
Rondom de wereld.
De studenten blijven aan dezelfde kant staan. Ze moeten slaan en vervolgens de muur
achter zichzelf aanraken. Daarna moeten ze achteraan sluiten in de rij. Het team dat op
het einde nog mensen over heeft, heeft gewonnen.
3. Forehand
Uitleg ‘hand-shake’ greep!
Challenge:
- 10x overspelen met forehand.
- 10x overspelen met backhand.
- 10x overspelen over het hoofd.
Vervolgens direct gaan zitten! Kijken welk tweetal het snelste alle 3 de manieren
gedaan heeft.
4. Eindspel
We spelen opschuifsysteem. De winnaars gaan een plekje naar rechts en de verliezers
een plekje naar links. Na 4 minuten wordt er doorgedraaid. Je krijgt op deze manier vaak
een nieuwe tegenstander en de beste spelers eindigen aan de rechterkant en de mindere
spelers aan de linkerkant.
