Ik vat in deze samenvatting de proteïnen, ook bekend als de eiwitten, samen. Ik heb het dan over de definitie en de functie, de verschillende structuren (primaire ,secundaire, tertiaire, quarternaire ) en hun specificaties en de identificatiereacties voor eiwitten (albustix, xanthoproteïneproef, biureetreactie), maar ook de chemische eigenschappen komen hierin voor.

Eiwitten:
