Answers written in pen or elsewhere such as on rough paper will not be marked Note: This assessment paper must not be removed from the assessment room Candidates should attempt ALL of the questions Students’ instructions – PLEASE READ In addition to this Question Booklet, you should have been supplied with an Answer Sheet, a pencil with eraser and several sheets of rough paper for the purposes of this assessment. ALL OF YOUR ANSWERS MUST BE WRITTEN ON THE ANSWER SHEET IN PENCIL. If you make a mistake, please rub out the mistake with the eraser and insert another answer. Do not cross out or use correction fluid on the Answer Sheet. You may use the rough paper provided to work out your answers, but anything written in pen or anywhere other than on the Answer Sheet will not be marked. Please complete the SRN box in the top right hand corner of the Answer Sheet. You should write your SRN in the boxes AND mark your SRN in the brackets beneath each box. You should only mark ONE bracketed number in the column below each box but you should ensure that you mark one bracketed number in EVERY column. If your SRN has six digits (rather than seven), the first column should be marked as zero: For example, SRN should be marked as „‟ If you have an SRN beginning BP (e.g. BP), you should not mark the „BP‟ in the SRN boxes but should instead write it to the left of the numbers. DO NOT insert your name on the Answer Sheet. Students should complete the „assessment/examination‟ and „date‟ boxes on the Answer Sheet in pencil. There is no allocated reading time for this assessment so you may start answering the questions as soon as you are informed that the assessment has commenced. However, it is recommended that you spend an initial period familiarising yourself with the contents of the paper. This Question Booklet is printed DOUBLE-SIDED. Students must read the FRONT and BACK of all pages. You have two hours in which to complete this assessment. There are 80 marks available for this assessment. The assessment is divided into sections as follows: Section A: Multiple Choice Questions worth 3 or 4 marks Questions 1 – 4 (inclusive) are multiple-choice questions worth 3 marks each Questions 5 – 9 (inclusive) are multiple-choice questions worth 4 marks each Section A total: 32 marks Section B: Section B: Questions 10 – 21 (inclusive) are either discrete multiple-choice questions worth 3 or 5 marks or are two multiple-choice questions based on a discrete scenario – one worth 3 marks and one worth 5 marks.
