Definition: The urinary system, also known as the renal system produces and eliminates urine, the fluid waste excreted by the kidneys. The
Kidneys make urine by filtering wastes and extra water from the blood.

Some symptoms: Weight loss and poor appetite, tiredness, blood in urine, itchy skin, insomnia.

cholesterol dialysis, treatment to replicate some of the kidney functions which may be necessary in advanced (Stage 5) CKD.

Treatment: Your doctor or nurse may prescribe antibiotics to treat a UTI. Some people with a severe UTI may be referred to hospital for
