He weighs 167 pounds and his height is 5 ft. 8”. He’s chief complaint was blurred vision and painful headache. Mr. A.M has no known allergies, and is a full code. He took his blood pressure CASE STUDY PRESENTATION 2 at home and it was 210/110. Mr. A. M’s has a following medical history: Mini stroke (TIA) in 2005, Diabetes type 2, Hyperlipidemia, Hypertension and Cardiac Stenosis in 2009. According to Schub and Avital (2018), “Hypertension…can lead to serious complications, including myocardial infarction, heart failure, kidney failure, and stroke”.
