• Each member must understand their responsibilities
regarding their role as well as the shard goal of the team
• Role overload occurs when members have to carry the r
of lost members that have not been replaced.
• The team needs to play to their strengths by making sur
each member has a strong point in their role and can
contribute to the overall effort of the team.
• Synergy is defined as 1+1=3 which means that the outc
of the team is greater than their individual efforts comb

regarding the success of the business, what works and w

• Successful teamwork relies on people respecting one
another’s opinions and agreeing to disagree until a time
