According to the Vodafone’s strategic review (page 14-37) in the 2015 Annual Report, it is necessary to note that there are distinct attributes and knowledge that acts as key components to the performance of the company. For Vodafone to establish well in the business world, it needs to acquire and develop these skills. The implementation of the skills can be made possible through management training courses. The skills will help Vodafone to succeed in their role of management as well are increase their sales progression opportunities (Beauchesne et al., 2014). For the Vodafone Company to achieve its goals, there are certain management skills that the senior management and board of directors need to apply.
