TAREA PROPUESTA:

Tres estudiantes se ponen de acuerdo con el propietario de una vivienda para
alquilarla durante los meses de septiembre a junio del curso académico 2021/2022, pues
tienen pensado destinarla a vivienda mientras realizan sus estudios universitarios.
En el contrato que realizan por escrito, entre otras cuestiones, se hace constar
literalmente lo siguiente: “Ambas partes acuerdan como alquiler la cantidad de 600
euros mensuales, que será abonada solidariamente por los inquilinos y por anticipado
dentro de los cinco primeros días de cada mes en el número de cuenta que al efecto
facilitará la propiedad”.

Responda razonadamente a las siguientes cuestiones:
1.ª) ¿De qué tipos o clases son las obligaciones asumidas por los inquilinos? Cite
todos los posibles tipos.
2.ª) ¿Qué significa que la cantidad de 600 euros mensuales debe abonarse
solidariamente por parte de los inquilinos?.
3.ª) ¿Cree usted que internamente entre los inquilinos la deuda de 600 euros
estaría dividida en partes? ¿Cuánto sería cada parte?
4.ª) ¿Qué ocurriría si un mes uno de los inquilinos no pudiera pagar su parte?
