In part 1, students will review their clinical experience documentation to write a narrative about their experience thus far. Students should: • Review their patient encounters and identify experience gaps regarding age, acuity, specific procedures, level of complexity, etc. One gap would be age, seeing pediatric patients, the first six weeks I did not see one pediatric patient, as I proceeded to a transition with the help of my instructor and chamberlain I was able to see a more diverse age group. I was able to see in clinical the last two weeks pediatrics from the age of 15 to 4 years of age. Even with my 18 years of nursing background and ten years of ER trauma. The ability to transition to a provider is still very different in regards to age. We as providers must be flexible to appreciate how the mindsets of the pediatric patient work. I had two pediatric patients at once for the same chief complaint around the age of 8 years and 11 year
