Summary Complete Drug Overview - Psychopharmacology and Psychopathology

Document preview thumbnail
Preview 1 out of 11 pages

This document is a complete overview of all drugs (Antipsychotics, Antidepressants, Mood Stabilizers) mentioned in Stahl's Essential Pharmacology (4th Edition) which is used for the course Psychopharmacology and Psychopathology. It includes the names of the drugs, their category / pharmacological profile, whether they're conventional or atypical, their characteristics, treated symptoms, side effects (+ side effects which are not caused by this drug but may be caused by others), and whether they're a first line, second line, etc. treatment. You will see empty cells here and there in the tables, which means that there was no info for it in the book i.e. you also do not need to know this information. I created and used this overview last year when I took the course and finished the exam with an 8. I wish you lots of success with the rest of the course and the exam! :)
