Diabetes education service is a program designed to help people with diabetes learn more
about taking care of themselves. Additionally, the main focus of this clinical practice service is to
enhance self-management of diabetes, which includes self-monitoring the blood glucose and
adjustment of doses of insulin of an individual. The diabatic education service reflects on the
possible hinders attainment and maintenance of glycemic targets (Burke et al., 2014). In the
recent past, the development of diabetes has been ignored within the population, and the patient
who does not receive formal education of diabetes have knowledge gaps. Moreover, these
