Briefly describe what you have learned from feedback given by your instructor regarding your PICOT question. How will you frame your PICOT differently moving forward? Be specific about what components, if any, that you will change. PICOT: In radiology patients having a biopsy, what is the effect of nurse driven scheduling for pathology attendance on decreased sedation times compared with organizational driven scheduling of pathology attendance within 4 weeks? Based on feedback from Dr. Heiskell, I have learned for my PICOT a specific tool is not necessary as I am measuring time. I am able to use a speared sheet to gather my information then a statistical test to compare the data. Additionally, I learned when I do measure my times (before the nurse-driven scheduling of pathology and after), the timeframes measured must be equal. At this time, I do not anticipate having to frame my PICOT differently.
