Inleiding
In deze paper zullen verschillende onderzoeksmethoden en strategieën worden ingezet om
tot een communicatie advies te komen voor het bedrijf KPN. Met dit communicatie advies zal
het marktaandeel binnen de doelgroep 18 tot 30 jaar worden verhoogd, ook zal het
verkoopaandeel binen deze doelgroep stijgen.
