 Verzamelt bloed van de choroïdale ruimte
 Vaak hyperpigmentatie dichtbij, meestal langs de
vezels
 Er komen gewoonlijk 4 per oog voor (1 per quadrant),
maar er kunnen er tot wel 15 voorkomen.
