Why is it right?
Smoking in public places is a serious problem, because of the damage it might
cause, even in non-smokers that are just around smokers. Castro J. , Hector E.

lungs, blood pressure or arteries.
This happens when nicotine gets to your system by stimluting it and also releasing
glucose increasing the blood preasure and heart rate. Also smoking can detiriorate
the tissue of your lungs and damage your cells, and there is a risk they could turn
into cancerous cells giving you lung cancer.
Smokers can also affect people around them, they call this secondhand smoke.
This happens when someone has inhaled the toxic chemicals produced by tobacco
and cigarettes. This could lead to the same serious health problems. There have
been alot of cases of lung cancer in people who never smoked and this is because
seconhand smoke. It can take less than ten minutes for you to be affected by
secondhand smoke,
The addiction to nicotine doesn´t affect only the body but mental health is inolved
as well. This addiction is more related to mental health then people may think.
Tabacco has been known to reduce stress and pain in some cases; it also has
helped alot of mental ill patients to reduce the symptoms of their treatment.
Nevertheless if somebody wants to stop smoking will go to a mental process of
anxiety, depression, frustration, anger, etc. Smoking has been shown to affect and
upgrade mental health depending on your situation.
