Implementing your solution and delivering the organisation’s services and
products
An implication to implementing my solution is downtime. Installing the
computers at Neuton & Neuton Retail will take a long time. The organisation
could even lose business while there being installed. To avoid this, Neuton &
Neuton Retail could direct customers to their website, for them to still get
business and can set up their building at the same time.
Managing and supporting staff
An implication to supporting staff is the Health and Safety Regulations Act.
Staff are going to be using computers all through the day and may begin to
experience headaches. This would be bad for Neuton & Neuton Retail because
they could do damage to the staff and they could sue them. To avoid this,
Neuton & Neuton Retail could allocate breaks to the staff, so they can give
their eyes a rest.
Managing and supporting the organisation's clients
An implication to managing their clients is privacy. Neuton & Neuton Retail are
going to collect a lot of personal data about people such as banking
information, addresses and their name. If they weren’t able to secure it from
malicious people, customers wouldn’t trust them with their information. To
secure people’s privacy, Neuton & Neuton Retail would have to make sure
their anti-virus software is up to date to ensure no malicious programs get on
the system.
