Organisational Needs
IT Service Requirements Explanation of priority (high, medium or low)
Computers High – Nizuk Care Home needs to replace their old computers, so
new ones are essential for them. If they are unable to replace them,
their system is at risk of being attacked by malware. This is because
they are old and are not being updated anymore, so they don’t get
important security updates.
Wi-Fi High – The organisation needs a Wi-Fi connection for the staff to
connect to the server remotely. If Wi-Fi was not an option for the
organisation, the staff would have to save the data they collect to
their device and then physically upload it to the servers at the end of
the day. This would not be a very efficient solution because they
could have conflicting data and the device could get damaged before
it’s uploaded.

systems. It is of a medium priority because they would like to have
