At the core of a computer system is a processor and in many ways the processor is the computer.
All the other hardware components are required to enable the processor to enable it to function
(Process data).

A processor takes data, processes it then outputs different data.

There are many different types of hardware that exist to input and output data.

o Physical Input devices
 Trackpads
 Newer trackpads can detect the location of a finder and the amount
of force of the press plus multi touch gestures.

 They use a chip to convert photons of light into a digital signal
