Revision simple present – present continuous
Present simple signal words (often, usually, sometimes, never, always, rarely, every…., generally,
whenever, on (Monday), seldom,….)
Example: my sister (not play) tennis every day my sister doesn’t play tennis every day.
Present continuous to be + ing-form
signal words (at the moment, right now, currently,….)
Example: you (to talk) a lot!! you are talking a lot!!
Examples:
Where (to live) your granny?? where does your granny live??
Our cat doesn’t eat meat
1) Practice makes perfect
2) Why do you wear gloves??/ Why are you wearing gloves??
3) Do you like jazz??
4) I am having a party next week.
5) She goes on a cruise every year.
6) I think I understand.
7) How do you like your new job??
8) What are you doing??

10) He speaks English very well.
