CAFOD
CAFOD is the Catholic international development charity in England and Wales
which donate, campaign, download prayers or volunteer to help fight poverty. It
was founded in 1962.1
CAFOD is an organisation which receives
donations from the government and public from
all over the world.
CAFOD stands for Catholic Agency for Overseas Development2
CAFOD is a public company. It is funded by the Catholic community in England
and Wales, the British Government and the general public by
donations. CAFOD is an agency of the Catholic Bishops' Conference of England
and Wales and part of the Caritas International Federation which operates in
many countries and territories worldwide.3
Purpose: aims and objectives
CAFOD has a global reach. There are many roles CAFOD do:4

● Give food for the hunger
