Experiential Consumption from Sensory Perspective
The information processing and purchase decision approach did not capture consumer behavior properly. Holbrook and Hirschman (1982) introduced the concept of experiential consumption by stating that consumption was guided by experiential processing which included not mere information processing but also of emotions among others.
