Kennismaken met de organisatie
Kantoor A is een regionaal accountantskantoor dat opgericht is in 1940 en gevestigd is in Eindhoven.
Er zijn 25 werknemers werkzaam binnen Kantoor A, zowel fulltimers als parttimers. De werknemers
bestaan voornamelijk uit: accountants en assistent-accountants, belastingadviseurs en
salarisadviseurs. Kantoor A verricht geen controleopdrachten, deze worden uitbesteed. Desondanks
blijven deze ondernemers toch klant voor advies, (salaris)administratie en fiscale aspecten.
Hieronder is in het organogram te zien hoe de organisatiestructuur is opgebouwd binnen het bedrijf.
