A-Level Law A Tort Law Revision Notes – Case Summaries & Essay Structures* These are the exact revision notes I used to achieve an A in A-Level Law!* The notes cover all key Tort Law topics, including negligence, psychiatric harm, private nuisance and Rylands v Fletcher, with six comprehensive sets of notes. Each topic includes: Key case summaries – concise, easy-to-memorise explanations of the essential cases, including facts and legal principles. Essay structures – clear breakdowns of everything you need to include in exam answers, including legal rules, elements, defences and remedies. Exam-focused content – organised to help you learn, remember and apply the law efficiently. My main revision technique was blurting, and I achieved my A* by memorising these notes and practising applying them to exam questions. Perfect for students wanting to improve their AO1 knowledge, strengthen their essay structure and aim for top grades without spending hours making their own revision resources!
