C200: Task 1

A: CliftonStrengths Analysis

A1: Reflection on CliftonStrengths

Taking my CliftonStrengths assessment was very eye-opening to who I am as a leader

and a person. I have taken the CliftonStrengths assessment twice in my career: once 3 years ago

and again for this course. The first time I took this assessment, my results were similar. My 5

strengths include: Arranger, Achiever, Restorative, Empathy, and Connectedness. My new

strengths are Achiever and Connectedness.

My first strength is Arranger. An Arranger is explained as a conductor; Arrangers enjoy

managing many variables at once. In times of chaos, Arrangers embrace the confusion, look for a

stakeholder needs, diverse communication styles, and results to streamline work and pave the

way for my team's success. I feel that this strength has been developed over many years of

multitasking, as is often needed in retail. I believe this makes me a strong leader, able to juggle

priorities and consistently shift as the business needs change.

My second strength is being an achiever. Achievers are driven primarily by getting things

done. Achievers have incredible drive and must achieve something every single day to feel good

unfocused, but it is always there. If Achievers do not achieve, they often feel discontent and

uneasy. Reflecting on my own leadership, I feel that this strength has been developed recently in
