1. How This Roadmap Works
This plan assumes you're already midway through Class 12 — some portion of the syllabus is done, some isn't. It's
built in four phases rather than fixed calendar dates, so you can slot in wherever you currently stand:
• Phase 1 — Syllabus Completion: finish every remaining chapter with understanding, not just coverage.
• Phase 2 — Consolidation: full syllabus revision + chapter-wise tests + weak-area repair.
• Phase 3 — Practicals & Pre-boards: lab practicals, viva prep, school pre-board exams.
• Phase 4 — Final Revision: timed full papers, formula/reaction revision, rest and recovery.
A realistic 95% target is built from consistency, not last-minute intensity — roughly 5–6 focused hours/day on top of
school is enough if it's sustained weekly rather than crammed.
2. Realistic Daily Routine
Two versions are given — a School Day routine and a Sunday/Holiday routine. Adjust start times to your own school
hours; what matters is the sequence and the total focused hours, not the exact clock times.
A. School Day (Mon–Sat)
Time Block Focus
6:00 – 6:30 AM Wake + freshen up No phone. Light stretching.
6:30 – 7:30 AM Study Block 1 One tough subject (Physics/Maths) — mind is freshest now.
7:30 – 8:30 AM Get ready + travel Revise formulas/diagrams mentally, not on phone.
8:30 AM – 3:30 PM School Stay fully present in class — this is free revision time.
3:30 – 4:30 PM Break Food, rest, no guilt. Non-negotiable.
4:30 – 6:00 PM Study Block 2 School homework + same-day topic revision (24-hr rule).
6:00 – 6:30 PM Break Walk / sport / music — physical reset.
6:30 – 8:30 PM Study Block 3 New topic or numerical practice (rotate subjects daily).
8:30 – 9:15 PM Dinner + family time Screen-free.
9:15 – 10:30 PM Study Block 4 Lighter subject — Biology diagrams, English, revision notes.
10:30 – 11:00 PM Wind down No screens 30 min before sleep.
11:00 PM Sleep 7–7.5 hrs minimum — sleep debt shows up as slower recall, not
just tiredness.
B. Sunday / Holiday
Time Block
7:00 – 9:00 AM Full-length practice: 1 subject test paper (rotate weekly) under timed conditions
9:00 – 10:00 AM Breakfast + break
10:00 AM – 1:00 PM Answer-checking + error log + redo mistakes
1:00 – 4:00 PM Long break — social time, sport, full rest
4:00 – 6:00 PM Weak-topic repair (from this week's error log)
6:00 – 8:00 PM Weekly plan review + next week's targets
