Introduction Ella is spending all of her last days in hospice care due to her disease. Ella is an elderly lady who has breast cancer and the doctor diagnosed her not to live that much longer. Ella is now facing the last stage of her cancer. I am the social worker for this case I must determine the best care for Ella cancer leaves a big impact on your life and your family's life too. Looking at Ella and her husband John lifestyle and their health will help me to find the right kind of care Ella cancer had gone into remission with her cancer years ago now it has come back even though the new medicine could prolong her life I think Ella is ready for this all to be over with. As Ella faces the last stage of her life she wants to live her life happily and comfortably.
