as representative democracy.

Freedom - Democracy can only be true when people can enjoy certain rights and
freedoms, such as freedom of speech and the freedom to move freely within the
country. These freedoms must be enjoyed within the limits of the law.

Independent Judiciary - The judiciary protects the freedom and rights of the people.
All citizens are equal in the eyes of the law, and every person has the right to justice.

Representative Participation - People elect their representatives by exercising their
right to vote. The representatives take decisions on behalf of the people. Democracies
are accountable
