- wet your hands and wrists. keep you hands lower than your
elbows. be sure to wet the area 3-4 inches above the wrists

- rub your palms together, interlace fingers, lather wrists, hands
and fingers. keep your hands lower than your elbows and wash
for 15-20 seconds.
