Psychology - ANS-the scientific approach to answer questions about actions, emotions,
and thoughts
Nature-Nurture Idea - ANS-degree which our behaviors are hereditary or learned
Example #1 (Nature-Nurture) - ANS-High Blood Pressure is an example of the Nature
vs Nurture because its often questioned whether HBP is hereditary or is it because of
poor eating habits.
Example #2 (Nature vs Nurture) - ANS-Occupation is an example of Nature vs Nurture
because if a pro athlete has a child and their child becomes a pro athlete, it is
questioned if their skills were hereditary or from repetition and practice.
naturalistic observation - ANS-observe in the subjects natural environment
example #1 (naturalistic observation) - ANS-Jane Goodall's study of Chimps
example #2 (naturalistic observation) - ANS-social psychologist observing people's
behavior as they shop in the mall
